Just got the new iPhone and want to rave about its awesome camera? Tried to return pair of shoes online, but the store rep ghosted you? Have a favorite brand and just want support them online? These are all things we want to hear about on Knoji.

With our Review Anything tool, you can rate or review any product or brand. Your review will appear on the relevant brand or product pages for shoppers to see.

Have a complaint? Brands will be able to respond to negative feedback. Should you feel satisfied with their response, you’ll be able to remove your review.

We all research purchases in different ways. Sometimes, we're comparing two similar-seeming options ("iPhone 11 vs Samsung Galaxy S10"). On Knoji, every review and community rating can be called into a comparison grid, onto a top 10 ranking list, or brought to you based on your personal question — it all depends on how you prefer to research.

Brands, Claim Your Page!

If you represent a brand listed on Knoji, you can claim it (it only takes a few seconds, and is completely free!) to better provide accurate information to the Knoji community. You can post "official" answers for your brand, and respond to consumer reviews.

On Knoji, you can even "mediate" negative reviews by communicating directly with people who post complaints, giving you the opportunity to have the customer retract the negative review if you successfully resolve the situation. (We'll still show the communication history for transparency, but in secondary position on your page). It's all part of our mission of providing the internet's most authoritative and trustworthy database of reviews.
